Pediatric Dentistry

We treat children of all ages at the Chapel Hill dental office of Jessica L. Bishop DDS, PA. First appointments for pediatric patients are always made fun with silly songs, new toothbrushes and a sticker at the end of each visit. It is important to instill good oral hygiene habits in children early on. During your child’s dental appointment, the dental hygienist will discuss proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition with both you and your child.

We begin seeing children at the age of 3 or when 20 primary teeth have erupted, whichever comes first. Twice yearly check-ups and cleanings are recommended.
